Life isn't rigid, and your weight-loss solution shouldn't be, either. At Boot Camp With a Cause, we will create a custom-made nutrition plan that is custom-made to fit you and your unique lifestyle.

Choose Your Change

We offer two different programs for weight loss. You pick the one that's right for you with the help of your personal trainer.

21-Day Challenge

Designed for maximum weight loss, this challenge includes two phases. Phase 1, the detox cleanse, is a fresh start for your body. Phase 2 is all about fat-burning, which your body will be primed to do after the cleanse.

12-Week Plan

Our most popular program, the 12-week plan is our standard package. It combines several different menu plans for long-term weight loss and a total lifestyle transformation. The plan consists of two weeks of fat-shredding, six weeks of rapid results, and four weeks of sure-and-steady. There's an optional detox week, too!
